Sunday 2/21-  The coolest pool hosts the hottest chefs as Vagabond Restaurant & Bar and Executive Chef Alex Chang are thrilled to announce the launch of “Alex Chang’s Backyard Cookout,” a monthly BBQ that will feature a rotation of some of Miami’s most notable chefs. Thursday 2/25-   dbBistro Moderne presents an evening of Alsatian cuisine and wine as we welcome host Jean Trimbach from Alsace’s acclaimed Trimbach Estate. The Trimbach portfolio pairs beautifully with classic dishes from the region, such as Chicken Oyster and Snail Fricassee and Milk Fed Suckling Pig.
