These Portraits Of Creepy Clowns Will Scare You Beyond Belief

The Creepy Clown phenomenon has reached crazy levels.

But Italian photographer Eolo Perfido may have just taken it to its inevitable conclusion- hipster photoshoots with lots of filters.

Perfido created a photo series titled Clownville, which was inspired by the work of silent film stars Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin according to Flavorwire.

And boy is it horrifying.

Ah, even Hitler is represented.

The College Student Guide For Halloween In The Triangle

By Sarah Gallo

RALEIGH, NC- It is official: fall is here.

UGG boots and pumpkin spice latte’s have once again dominated college campuses across North Carolina.

Possibly the hottest topic of discussion on college campuses this time of year is how to spend the biggest of all holidays for college students: Halloween.

Many students would argue that Halloween parties are the best parties, because who doesn’t like to dress up in an itchy costume and drink excessive amounts of pumpkin-flavored beer?

Students in the Triangle area and beyond are planning on taking advantage of all their schools have to offer on Halloween night.

Here are some of the cooler things happening in our area:

East Carolina University (ECU) is best known this time of year for raging Halloween parties, along with the unfortunate riot that occurred on Oct. 31, 2014 at the local townhome community Riverwalk, located in close proximity to the university. In that incident over 3,000 rioted at the scene and many stood atop of a campus transit bus.

Halie Clegg, a current junior at ECU majoring is planning on going to the popular college burger joint Sup Dog’s “mug night,” where one can bring any size mug to the restaurant and receive unlimited $1 refills on all beer.

“There are bunch of Halloween themed events in downtown. Clubs will play Halloween-themed music and have lots of drink specials,” Clegg said. “Our party school reputation makes us stand out, because us pirates do know how to party and make Halloween more fun. It is easy to get out of hand, though.”

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) is another place students flock to for Halloween. The university boasts a Halloween parade on the street adjacent to campus where students show off costumes and socialize with peers.

Trisha Bonthu, a sophomore at UNC, is one of many Tar Heels planning on spending Halloween dressing up and taking pictures with friends on Franklin St.

“Franklin St. is the one thing we are known for, we get together and take pictures and it’s one giant party,” Bonthu said. “I want to see if there are any new group costume themes this year. I feel like there will be a lot of Donald Trumps and Hillarys.”

Watch: A scene from Franklin St. in 2011 on Halloween night

Students from other universities in the Triangle may have trouble attending the event, though, as it is noted that Tar Hell Halloween festivities tend to be very exclusive due to overcrowding concerns.

“They try to cut back on people coming from other schools,” Bonthu said. “You have to have approved guests if someone’s staying in your dorm, and there’s no parking. They try to take every precaution they can.”

It is important to note that NC State University (NCSU) does not have the same reputation that ECU or UNC has when it comes to Halloween.

Last year students at NCSU enjoyed both the 2015 Homecoming Parade and the Homecoming football game on Saturday, Oct. 31. 2015. These events offered students a fun, safe way to spend the holiday.

But this year, NCSU students will have to look towards the other alternatives the Triangle offers its residents to celebrate this year’s Halloween, for those who do not wish to just partake in intoxication and regretted decisions.

Durham’s Museum of Life and Sciences boasts a train ride to a local pumpkin patch, along with creative activities and fun for the whole family. Tickets can be purchased on the museum’s website.

The North Carolina State Fair is occurring in Raleigh N.C. from October 13-23, and is another popular event NC State students attend to celebrate the beginning of fall; It also serves as a way to get students excited about Halloween.

Dina Ibrahim, senior at NC State University, is planning on spending this Halloween partying with close friends dressed as Cat woman.

Ibrahim encourages students from surrounding universities to join NC State’s festivities as the wolfpack welcomes all she says.

“Everybody in Raleigh is really inclusive,” Ibrahim said. “If you go in to Raleigh looking for a fun time, there’s nobody that will turn you away. There’s lots of alcohol, and lots of loud music.”

Ibrahim also suggests checking out Hibernian Pub, C. Grace jazz club, and Rum Runners for a good time in Raleigh on Halloween.

Students in the Triangle area and beyond have plenty of options on how to spend the beloved holiday, but most college students are more than happy with spending the night drinking, partying, and showing off their homemade, college-budget friendly Halloween costumes.

There Is An Unbelievably Creepy Clown In Southwest Florida, And People Are Actually Paying Him Money To Scare Others

Wrinkles are not uncommon among those in the graying population of Southwest Florida. Except they are usually on sweet grandmothers who spend their days at Trader Joes and Michaels.

This is not that.

“I just want to have a good time,” Wrinkles told NBC 2 in Fort Myers. “Make a little extra money on the side, have a little fun before I die.”

HE LITERALLY WANTS TO MAKE CASH SCARING YOUR KIDS BEFORE HE DIES. THAT IS HIS BUSINESS PLAN!

All we can say is good luck Florida. You’re going to need it.

Just watch:

Here is he stealing balloons from children:

Yeah we are never going to the Florida gulf coast again.

With Halloween upon us, the candies will be flowing and soon you’ll see cute and ghoulish Halloween costumes all around your neighborhood. Kids will be dressed up in their favorite characters, adults heading to a costume party and then you have the teenagers ringing your doorbell asking for candies. Sounds weird?

Well it could also be considered illegal.

According to the Associated Press, in some towns there is an age limit on who is able to get their door to door sugar fix on Halloween.

Small towns in Illinois, Maryland, Mississippi and Virginia ban children over the age of 12 from trick-or-treating.

Some laws date back to the 1970’s in several towns in Virginia.

While it is a law, no one has been arrested for trying to snag treats on the biggest candy scoring night of the year, at least not yet.

So the question stands, when is it time to throw in the towel when asking strangers for candy? Whether it’s 12, 13 or 14… the reality is kids will naturally outgrow the stage of trick-or treating. Eventually kids will ditch the tradition and head to a costume party instead.

Some Easy Last Minute Halloween Costume Ideas

Halloween is a time where the creatively inclined thrive. For others it proves to be difficult to muster up a costume out of thin air. So here are some cheap and easy ideas for the DIY and time challenged. (Because let’s be honest, you have procrastinated the hell out of this holiday.)

    1. iPad

This is a no brainer, time conscious and cheap on the wallet idea! Print out some of your favorite iPhone app faces, i.e. Twitter, Instagram YouTube. Then all you have to do is dress in all black and affix the apps onto your person. Everyone will instantly know what you are and it looks like you put more effort into it than you did!***To make your apps go from 1 star to 5 stars: Spend the night using a Siri monotone voice whenever people ask you questions. You and your friends will have a blast!

2. Your favorite pun, oxymoron or saying

Think of ’50 Shades of Grey’ or ‘It’s raining cats and dogs’, take your favorite saying and portray it literally! Paint yourself 4 or 5 different shades of grey or wear a crown and a staff holding stuffed cat and dog toys!***To take this costume to the next level, be as over the top with it as possible. Don’t settle for small details, go BIG or go home!

3. Basic

This costume is perfect for anyone who wants to exhaust minimal effort because Halloween is just too ‘passé’ for your taste. Dress up as someone who you don’t usually identify with. ‘Hipsters’ could go for more of the ‘lax bro’ look. You think Toddlers and Tiaras is abhorred? Dress up as Honey Boo Boo! You’re friends will get a kick out of your new persona and maybe, while taking a little time gathering research into your newest project, you’ll learn something new about people you didn’t understand before!***To turn this into a real affair by getting a group of people together to create the new-age Breakfast Club!

4. Twinning

For a couples costume, look no further than your closet– or your best friends. Be twins for the night, wear the exact same clothing or be the mirror image of your bestie. This will take meticulous detailing so that people understand what’s going on, but nothing’s better than sharing a great holiday with your favorite person!***To make this even better, do a little extra planning ahead. Things like finishing each other’s sentences or even being attached at the hip all night [literally, break out that duct tape] will make it a more fun experience for the pair of you.

Happy Halloweening!

This Might Be The Greatest Halloween Costume This Year

Halloween is one of the few times of the year where you actually are encouraged to dress your kids up in outfits that may come back to embarrass them later in life.

But the costume that Royce Hutain, the owner of Glowy Zoey, a California LED costume company made for his daughter Zoey is pretty amazing and totally not embarrassing.

I mean seriously. Watch this:

“I had the idea in my head, a brainstorm if you will, and then went to a few stores to pick up what I needed,” Hutain told ABC News via email. “I was inspired to make an El Niño costume because that’s all we’ve been hearing about in California lately.”

Didn’t have enough?

Yeah. Maybe you should rethink that tinfoil hat astronaut costume and get out the PVC pipe and power tools parents.
